Every year GSA conducts an audit and completes an Administrative Report Card.  The audit reviews such items as process of order, management of modifications, delivery of service, pricing and sales.  GSA conducts formal surveys with customers and incorporates this information in their findings.  We are PROUD to announce that for two years in a row (2003 and 2005); ABBTECH has received the highest honor of Outstanding.
