The pharmacy fee tool, a product support feature, is now available online at kp.org/treatmentestimates. The tool helps members determine the estimated charges for some commonly prescribed prescription drugs when they are dispensed at Kaiser Permanente pharmacies. This tool can greatly benefit our members who have a high-deductible health plan since, with these plans, prescription drugs are subject to the deductible. The estimated charges shown in the tool are not linked to a member's particular plan. Actual charges paid out-of-pocket will depend on the specific plan coverage, cost share (copayments, coinsurance, and/or deductibles), and whether or not the prescription is filled at a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy.. 

The pharmacy fee tool does not provide estimates for prescription drugs provided by non-Kaiser Permanente pharmacies. Charges may be different when prescription drugs are obtained from a network pharmacy or a nonparticipating pharmacy. .
