Subject: Memorandum of Appreciation for Donna
"I, along with the rest of my staff, would like to express thanks and appreciation to Donna for her consistent outstanding support and assistance to the Taxpayer Advocate team.
Donna recently serviced a help desk ticket requiring the replacement of my hard drive. Donna methodically set the appointment with me, gave me an estimated completion time and expertly replaced my hard drive. She actually completed the task ahead of schedule with all system components and programs left in tact with no need for further assistance and/or follow up.
Additionally, Donna has serviced TAS employees to resolve issues with their computer or systems installed on them. Donna handled each situation with professionalism and expertise that exceeded even our highest expectations. Donna is a pleasure to work with and treated our employees...with courtesy, respect and patience. She helped the employees resolve problems that were a source of frustration and made them feel comfortable in the process.
