ABBTECH Staffing Services Certified by GSA as an HSPD-12 Managed Service Provider The General Services Administration (GSA) has certified ABBTECH Staffing Services Inc. (ABBTECH) as a provider of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Enrollment and Card Activation and Finalization managed services, under Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).
