Step 1 - Contact ABBTECH

Step 2 - Submit Resume/Credentials

Step 3 - Discuss Career Goals
What are your goals (type of position, temporary/contract or full-time, type of employer, salary requirements, location, specialty, career change, etc.)?
Step 4 - Skill Match
Let us share with you our current openings to see if there is interest. If we currently do not have anything, don’t worry, we will keep you in our database for future opportunities.
Step 5 - Discuss Matched Openings
If there is a match, let us share information about the opportunity (location, type of position, type of client, client’s needs/desires, etc.). Do they meet your needs/desires?
Step 6 - Capabilities Submitted
Once we identify a match, we present your credentials to our client for review. We may ask for more detail information not specifically identified in your resume to help our client make the connection between you and the position.
Step 7 - Interview
Client reviews your credentials; if they feel there is a potential match, an interview is scheduled. We work with you and the client regarding available interview date(s) and time(s).
Step 8 - Start Date Set
If you and the client feel the interview was successful, we schedule a start date.
Step 9 - Welcome Package Complete
You receive an ABBTECH "Welcome Package" for completion. It is important to complete all required information to ensure a smooth transition into your new position.
Step 10 - Job Orientation
Your first day in your new position is an exciting one; you will meet the client, and introduced to the organization. We encourage you to call your ABBTECH representative after you first day to tell us about it.
Step 11 - Post Start Evaluation
Throughout your assignment, your ABBTECH representative will contact you and conduct periodic surveys.
Step 12 - Assignment Completion
Upon completion of your assignment (either by need fulfilled, your convert to a direct hire with the client or you move on to another potion) we wish you the best in your future opportunities.
