Job Order Fulfillment Cycle

Our 12 step customer service model includes "open communication" between you and ABBTECH.

Step 1 - Contact ABBTECH
Call us today (703-450-5252 or 1-877-WEMPLOY (936-7569)) and talk with an ABBTECH representative to help you fill your position.

Step 2 - Discuss Need
Tell us about your need, is it a new position, a temporary fill, a contract deliverable, etc. Tell us about the type of person you are looking for, skills, experience, etc.

Step 3 - Skill Match
We will share our current list of available candidates, if we do not have a current candidate available and ready, we will source one for you.

Step 4 - Qualify Candidates
After qualified candidates are identified, we will share their experience, skills and desires with you to see if they are in line with your need.

Step 5 - Submit Resume
If there is interest, we will send you the candidates resume via fax or email for further review.

Step 6 - Interview
If you feel there is a potential match, we schedule an interview. We work with you and the candidate regarding available interview date(s) and time(s).

Step 7 - Start Date Set
If you and the candidate feel the interview was successful, we schedule a start date.

Step 8 - Employee Sign Up
Candidate receives ABBTECH "Welcome Package" for completion. We may need your assistance with the I9 completion. It is a very easy process and your ABBTECH representative can walk you through the process.

Step 9 - Job Orientation
We follow your first day process when indoctrinating new temporary/contractor. An ABBTECH representative will call you to discuss the employee’s first day.

Step 10 - Assignment Begins
Our goal is for the temporary/contractor to support your corporate initiatives and be a positive contributor to your team. Sometimes there is an adjustment period and we encourage open communication between you, ABBTECH and the temporary/contractor to ensure a smooth transition.

Step 11 - Post Start Evaluation
Throughout your assignment, your ABBTECH representative will contact you and conduct periodic surveys.

Step 12 - Assignment Complete
Upon completion of the assignment (either by need fulfilled, temporary/contractor convert to a direct hire with you or the temporary/contractor moves on to another position), we discuss our successes and areas that may need improvement to position you and ABBTECH for additional support in the future.
